Friendly Hawaiian shirts with unfriendly bullying attitude! Today I went for quick car wash just to encounter this dude refusing to take my payment until I sign up for membership. After several "no thanks" this dude walked out. I still believe in free choices and never surrender our freedom and sovereignty because bullies of any kind. Kwiktrip is only a 1/4 of mile from this unfriendly business. We do have choices.

They have improved a lot since they changed to Tsunami. Use to be vacuums never worked, half the sprayers in the wash didn't work and they would just close at random times when they are supposed to be open. I appreciate whoever made the improvements. Now if you can just change the model of my car when I enter, that would be great.

There is a wonderful employee at the Silvernail location, Brandon! Brandon is super helpful. I went in because of a specific question on price increases, thinking I may cancel. One of the employees just said-just cancel then. That was not my goal. I wanted to better understand why my wash went up. Brandon stepped in and told me about the ceramic wash. Having a person like that is great for Tsunami! He builds business. Keeps customers…. Went home and looked at my car and the ceramic wax was incredible! My car looked like glass and just sparkled!!! I will make sure I get the upgraded service because my car looked new!!!

The workers there are so nice! I went on Mother’s Day and was pleasantly surprised with a rose going through the car wash. The other day I went through and was offered an air freshener! I highly recommend going to the Silvernail car wash the workers there are so nice and accommodating and the simple extra touches are great!

Before heading to this car wash location because I usually go to a self-serve car wash. I made sure that the clearance and the width of my vehicle was complimentary to this specific location. They specifically say no tires larger than 13 in wide. My tires are smaller than that and clearance height is under there clearance bar by a good amount. There was no snow or ice build up under or on the side of the terminal to pay either. I roll up to pay for the car wash and confirm the clearance is good. Then I speak directly to the one car wash attendant. I specifically ask do you have the rubber tracks on both sides and the wide mats. The car wash attendant confirmed that they just got upgraded and that my vehicle will be just fine. That car attendant walked in as I drove around after paying for the mid grade wash. The door came up and there's two car was attendants in front of me. The other new car wash attendant started aligning me in. Then as I moving forward my truck shakes and jumps. I am not expressing a small shake or a small jump. It shaked hard and jumped hard. It was jolting. I came out of the car wash and turned to the vacuum cleaners. I exited my truck to take a look at th
